About Inner Circle Grading
Inner Circle Grading takes your TCG cards to professional grading. We inspect every card under a digital microscope at 200× magnification, clean it with tools we selected and tested ourselves, and flatten warped cards. Only once a card looks its best does it travel on to the grading company.
We do that work for collectors all across Europe. You can hand your cards in personally at one of our drop-off points at partner shops, or send them to us safely — we take care of the rest, from packaging and shipping to the journey back to your letterbox.

Beckett Grading Services (BGS)
Beckett Grading Services is the grading arm of the American company Beckett Media, an established name in the collectible card world for decades. Beckett moved into professional card grading early on and is regarded as an authority within the hobby.
What sets BGS apart are the subgrades. Every card gets four separate scores on the 1 to 10 scale — centering, corners, edges and surface — alongside a single final grade. So you see exactly why a card got a 9 and not a 10, and that makes the assessment verifiable for you and for a future buyer.
The most coveted outcome is the Black Label: a card that scores a perfect 10 on all four subgrades. That combination is rare and generally carries the highest prestige within the hobby.
Choose BGS if you have a card you suspect is close to perfect, or if you want to be able to show how your card scores on each individual point.
PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator)
PSA is the largest and most widely recognised grading company in the world. It grades sports cards, TCG cards and other collectibles, and maintains a public population report where you can look up how many copies of a card exist in which grade.
PSA works with a single final grade on the 1 to 10 scale, without subgrades. Where needed a qualifier is added, for example for a card that is cut off-centre or has a small production flaw. That makes the verdict short and unambiguous: everyone immediately knows what a PSA 9 or a PSA 10 means.
For most collectors that recognisability is exactly the deciding factor. PSA slabs are traded on virtually every international marketplace and auction, and with Pokémon in particular PSA is the standard buyers look for.
Choose PSA if you ever want to sell your card, or if you simply want the most common and most easily tradable slab.
BGS or PSA — which do you choose?
There is no better or worse, only a different goal. BGS gives you detail and prestige: four subgrades that explain your card down to the corner, with the Black Label as the absolute peak. PSA gives you reach: one grade that is recognised worldwide and makes your card the easiest to trade, certainly within Pokémon.
